Sound Baths

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Baths

for Employee Wellness and Private Groups

What is a sound bath?

Participants rest comfortably while crystal singing bowls are played around them. The pure tones work directly on the nervous system — reducing stress, quieting mental noise, and restoring calm and clarity.
